Mr. Robles joined Truesdail in 2014 working in Truesdail’s Organic Chemistry Laboratory, while also working as a Product Certification Engineer during his tenure with Truesdail. His unique technical background allows him to understand both the chemical testing, and regulatory requirements of Truesdail’s customers. As Truesdail’s Account Manager he is responsible for providing new and current clients with technical and procedural information about each of Truesdail’s distinct service offerings.
Ms. Brady has worked in the environmental testing field since 1996 and joined Truesdail in 2013. As Truesdail’s Client Services Manager she is responsible for the management and satisfaction of all of Truesdail’s customers. In addition to her 20+ years of laboratory experience, she holds a degree in Business Administration enabling her to meet the needs of our customers and manage our Client Services team.
Ms. Hagihara is the Manager of Truesdail’s Drug Testing Laboratory. She has been involved with the technical aspects of equine and canine drug testing at Truesdail Laboratories for over 24 years and has served in a management capacity for over 20 years. She is responsible for all aspects of the Drug Testing operations including testing, reporting, business planning, project management, and client services. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of California at San Diego.
Mr. Berhe was born and raised in Ethiopia and joined Truesdail’s Product Certification team in 2015. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. His chemical testing expertise, coupled with his extensive knowledge of ANSI standards gives him a unique understanding of our clients’ needs. Mr. Berhe is fluent in English, Afaan Oromo, and Amharic.
Mr. Kevin ChewProduct Certification Engineer
Mr. Chew has been a staff member with Truesdail for over 30 years. He has worked in Truesdail’s Air Pollution, Water, Atomic Absorption, Instrumentation, and Chemistry Laboratories, and our Product Certification Department. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Chew is heavily involved in the regulation of plumbing fixtures in the U.S. He has been involved in Truesdail’s Product Certification Department since its infancy in the late 1990’s and is an Observer & Committee member of NSF. Mr. Chew is fluent in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
Mr. Tom MartinezProduct Certification Engineer
Mr. Martinez has a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Studies emphasizing in Human Environmental Health from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He started as an analyst at Truesdail Laboratories in 2012 working in our Metals laboratory. Mr. Martinez is fluent in both English and Spanish. His experience in the lab and managing projects helps him bring laboratory and technical skills to Truesdail’s Product Certification team.
Ms. Phaerakkakit joined Truesdail Laboratories in 2015. Ms. Phaerakkakit has a degree in chemical engineering and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Ms. Phaerakkakit is fluent in both English and Thai. Her education and experience allow her to provide technical service to Truesdail’s Product Certification clients while also understanding their unique business needs. Her experiences include business analysis, technical sales, and customer services in a manufacturing industry.
